Who we are
United Landscapes builds the solid parts of a yard: patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, decks and covered patios.
Christian Wilson's landscape construction company.
Christian Wilson started it in Cumming before he began building pools as United Poolscapes, and he runs both companies.
We do not do mowing, mulch or yard cleanup. If you want something built, we come out, measure, and give you a plan and a written price.

Drainage and erosion control
French drains, regrading and erosion control for wet or washing yards.
Retaining walls
Most yards around here slope.
A retaining wall is how a slope becomes a flat place for a patio, a lawn or a play area. It also stops soil washing down onto the driveway or the house.
What holds a wall up is the part you never see: a solid footing, gravel and a drain pipe behind it so water does not push it over. We build every wall with that drainage in place.
What holds a wall up is the part you never see.
- A flat level for a patio or lawn
- The wall, in block, boulder or stone
- Gravel backfill behind the wall
- A drain pipe at the bottom of the gravel
- A compacted footing under the wall
- Red clay, which holds water

Before you call
Questions people ask us.
Do you do lawn care or yard cleanup?
No. We build patios, walls, fire pits, kitchens, decks and covered patios, and we design whole yards. For mowing and mulch, a lawn service is the right call.
Are you the same company as United Poolscapes?
Same owner. Christian Wilson runs both. Call United Landscapes for patios, walls, decks and covered patios on their own, and United Poolscapes when a pool is part of the plan.
Which areas do you work in?
Cumming and Forsyth County, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, Canton and Sandy Springs. If you are nearby, call with your address.
How much does a patio or wall cost?
It depends on the size, the material and how much digging and grading the site needs. We give you a written price after the site visit.
Can you build on a steep yard?
Yes. Most yards around here slope. Retaining walls and terraces are how we turn a slope into flat space you can use.
